Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record in heating and cooling systems
- Experience managing HVAC projects, including planning and scheduling to meet budget and deadlines.
- Must be or become familiar with Missoula City and County installation codes
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
- Strong desires to be a better installer tomorrow than you are today.
- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
- Highly motivated, self-starter who’s flexible and has a great attitude on life.

Responsibilities:
- Managing projects and personnel to keep projects on task and on budget
- Overseeing and delegating tasks to maximize efficiency
- Ordering parts and materials to keep workflow moving
- Ensuring that jobsites are kept safe and personnel are working in a safe manner according to company guidelines
- Daily communication with project managers and general contractors on project progress and challenges
