Responsibilities:

  • Perform start up of HVAC and Plumbing equipment in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications
  • Test systems to ensure proper functioning
  • Identifies any issues and follows-up with required repair to ensure all relevant components are working correctly
  • Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner
  • Communicates to office and/or management regarding any additional work or issues that may require change or adjustment
  • Follows all company policies and procedures, including safety
  • May include installation of controls, control wiring, troubleshooting, equipment installation, refrigeration line installation, RTU set up and start up for retrofit and new installation, owner training upon job completion, and other duties as needed. During peak heating and cooling you may be asked to help our Service Department.

What is required:

  • Current/valid driver’s license with insurable driving record under a fleet policy
  • Pre-employment drug test, background check & pre-employment physical
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in construction, HVAC or related experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Mechanical aptitude required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • EPA Certification with proficiency in installation and troubleshooting practice

Pay Range: $30.00 – $42.00 DOE.
