What you will do:

  • Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems, to include Gas Furnaces, Electric Furnaces, Boilers, Make-up Air Units, Roof Top Units, Heat Recovery Ventilation units, for Residential, Light Commercial as well as Heavy Commercial Units.  
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. 
  • Lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, the parts department and the installation team.
  • Keep your truck inventory up to date.
  • Properly complete paperwork.
  • You will need to be on call occasionally.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Because you will be driving our trucks, we need you to have and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
  • You should have the proper certifications. We can help you acquire this.

What is required:

  •  Current / valid driver’s license with insurable driving record under a fleet policy
  • Pre – employment drug test (GCPH does work in and on Federal buildings and projects.  The results of the drug test may affect an employee’s ability to work on these job sites.)
  • Background check
  • Pre – employment physical
  • 2 years of HVAC experience 
  • Must be able to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, work in crawl spaces and  stand long periods of time.  
  • Must possess excellent communication and organization

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour (Pay will DOE)
